Hi, I have been told that I have Franklins in my Sinclair line but like you I am beginning with just a little information, less than you have actually, hopefully after I do more research we can see if we connect. On the Litchfords I will direct you to the following information and people below. I hope it helps. Cassie
Ellen and Shirley are searching for Litchfords and Franklins. There is a Litchford twnship or county in either AR or LA I believe that may also help.I need to check again to be sure which state I found it in.Here is what I've sent to Ellen and Shirley and some of what they have.
Dear Ellen, I found them again for you.If you go to the Surname board for Franklin and put in the name Shirley Baker into the "search this forum" box all 4 of the sheets will come up, or you can put in the following numbers to the right side number box one at a time; 1342, 1865, 1866 and 1867.I hope this helps more.Cassie

Dear Ellen, I was looking for my family in the Franklin and Palmer and Parmer forums and found this item from Shirley Baker in the wrong place, so I took a copy of it and posted it to the Litchford Forum in hopes that you could go from there to the misplacement in Franklin and reach Shirley. She is the one with the information.I hope this helps you, Sincerely, Cassie P.S. Shirley, I search the Franklin genform and did not find any Litchford's. I have been searching for this family line for nearly 10 years and just have had no luck at all. They are not in the census and we have no idea where they came from. All we know for sure is they showed up about the same time that the Davis and Ayers did in Sevier Co., Arkansas. These two families came from Ga. and SC. Maybe together we can get a handle on this family.Any Ideas?Ellen GRAY Robinson, MS
