Found that Osa was born in Breathitt County, Ky Oct 2 , 1913. Father Samuel Thomas and mother Oma. Lived in Winchester before Dayton, Ohio.Served in the navy during WW11
Was killed in Dayton. Ohio about 1959 or 1960. Anyone have the date? Has a son Billy Ray and Duane Eugene.
