LOVELADY, BOB A resident of Bluff Creek, he died Friday, Aug. 6, 2004. He was 92 years old. Visiting was Saturday, Aug. 7, at Bluff Creek Methodist Church, Bluff Creek, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Visiting at the church on Sunday, August 8, from 1 p.m. until religious service at 2 p.m., conducted by the Rev. Darwin Brecheen. Burial will be in Masonic Cemetery. He is survived by his wife of 66 years, Irene Richard Lovelady, Bluff Creek; two daughters, Bobbye Lynne Lovelady, Bluff Creek, and Anna Marie Monceaux, Lafayette; a daughter-in-law, Loretta Barras Lovelady, Bluff Creek; a sister, Emery Williams, Reserve; six grandchildren, Joan Lovelady Blount, Walker; Denise Burns May, Orlando, Fla., Tresa Burns Wier, Winter Park, Fla., Christopher "Chris" Lovelady, Esterwood, Bob Allen Burns, Miami, and Jimmy Burns, Clinton. He was preceded in death by his parents, Levis and Sally Wheeler Lovelady; a son, Anthony Allen Lovelady; an infant son, Herchell Lovelady; sisters, Edna Cochran and Allie Dreher; and brothers, Frank and Dan Roberts. Pallbearers will be Chris Lovelady, Jimmy Burns, Wayne Mayers, Pierre Cambre, Phillip Cambre and Boyd Williams. He was a member of Bluff Creek Methodist Church.
