Felipe's marriage to Altagracia Cantu does not reveal too much info about his parents. You would have to find therecord of his 1st marriage to Policarca Garcia to find his parents. You can request this record from the Nuevo Leon archives (see bottom of page) to see if they have it on file. Felipe Lozano was from the Hacienda de la Estanzuela it seems, just south of Monterrey.
