Andrea, I think that Charles Leroy might be one of my grandfathers brothers but am not sure. I know they lived around Long Beach and only met him and Bessie a couple times when I was very young. I know my grandfather had several brothers not sure how many, my grandfathers name was Arthur Cecil Luper he was from Fort Smith Arkansas. He married my grandmother Marie Luper/Kunz they had one son Arthur Cecil Luper Jr. who was my father also born in Fort Smith Arkansas. My grandfather and grandmother lived in Lynwood Ca. for over 50 years or more.
