I don't recognize any Lusk people on your forum. Maybe someone else will find my information illuminating. My great grandmother, Anna Lusk, came from Germany and settled in Griffin, Georgia somewhere between 1900 and 1910, bringing with her my grandfather Samual Richard Lusk and grand aunt Romey Lusk. They are both still alive, but in nursing homes with Alzheimers. I always assumed that Lusk was a German name and have just found out that it is Scottish and means "cave"! I have often wondered about my great grandfather, and why Anna Lusk was alone.
