Hello,
I have been looking for Franceska Lux for a long time.She married Michael Engel in downstate Illinois about 1858.The appear as witnesses at my great grandparents wedding 1875 in chicago.Also Anna Engel and Anna Nanties signed.My great grandparents came separately from luxembourg/alsace lorraine area in the after 1865.My great grandfather was Nicholaus Flammang and his wife was Marie Engel, though she changed it to Mary.My family was a great dysfunctional bunch and I never knew any of my dad's family.His father, Frank died before I was born and my great grandfather died early also.Can you help me with any of this?I live in the Chicago area.
