Hi Anne. Me again.yeay I know the welland library site is good, if i could only access the stupid thing.I spent the last three days there, and asked them how to get into their data base, but i must be dumb cuz I dont understand.By the where, do you know where Elcho Cemetery is??I would like to get there.I found an obit on Edward Vaughan he was 45 in 1889 when he died.My grandmother Minnie was 1 year old.Not sure if this is her father or not. Also found a marriage for Vaughan and Stayzer. It states
At the residence of the bride's father by Rev. H.A. Cook on Sept 29, 1886 Mr. George H. Vaughan of Gainsboro to Miss Minnie, eldest daughter of Andrew Stayzer, Esq., Welland Tribune, October 1st, 1884 page 4
Could this be your aunt Minnie Vaughan??
At least I found my Merritt and Coles great grandparents. That was my big interest.Cant remember what you wanted me to look for, but I only live a block from the Welland Library, so anything you may need let me know
Please let me know about the Elcho cemetery if you know where it is.thanx
Debbi
