Sorry Chuck, all I have is what I put in my initial email to the forum last year. (partial quote to follow)
"....I am a direct descendent of a Richard Lynam who was an Indian spy, and was killed in Powell Valley Va in 1777/78. It was said his father's name was Andrew Lynam. I have information that says Richard and Andrew were born in Guilford Co, NC. However, their father was said to come from Delaware. This makes me think that Andrew Lynam had a son Andrew, and another son Richard, who is my direct line. I'm wondering what other siblings there were.
Richard Lynam's pregnant betrothed (for lack of better term) was Nancy Jackson of Russell Co, Va. Richard was killed before he and Nancy were married, so when her child was born, it was given the Jackson name. I am speaking of Richard Jackson. He was my gg grandfather. I want proof that he was the son of Richard Lynam.
An Andrew Lynam filed for a pension in 1833 in Bath Co, KY as he was a veteran of the French and Indian War....."

Apparently your wife's Andrew Lynam was the brother to my Richard Lynam who died in Powell Valley Va in 1777/78.
What I am still looking for is proof that your wife's Andrew and my Richard were brothers.I am also still interested in obtaining a copy of Andrew's pension papers which were filed in Bath Co, KY in 1833/34.
I don't have any further info to share, sorry.
