Ross Sinclair MacDonald, 70, passed away peacefully on July 2, 2011, at his home of 34 years in Plano, Texas. He was born to Renee Dana Ryan and Ross Clair MacDonald, San Francisco, California, January 21, 1941. Ross retired from Selkirk Corporation, Plano, Texas as V. P. of Sales and Marketing where he earned several prestigious sales awards. Ross was a proud member of American Airlines' 1,000,000 mile club. He is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Sally Louise MacDonald; two children, Robert MacDonald and grandson Ryan Joseph MacDonald of Plano, Texas, and Yvonne MacDonald Thrasher and grandchildren Haley and Wesley Thrasher of Frisco, Texas. Ross had a passion for music and golf but above all else he adored his wife, children and grandchildren. He spent as much time as possible with them, showering them with his love and providing them with many wonderful experiences and beautiful memories. A special thank-you to his nurse-practitioner, Torrey Pless of the Center for Advanced Cardiac Care Baylor Plano.
