Steven, I've been working on the Mallette family that cam from Les Cedres Quebec and settled on Long Sault Island in the St. Lawrence River in the 1820's. some of this family lived in the US and some in Canada.I am especially looking for baptisms of the children of Jean Baptiste Malette ( Milot/ Melotte) and Genevieve St. Michel. They were married 10 Feb. 1812 in Les Cedres Quebec and I have the baptisms for their children: Jean Baptiste 2 Feb 1818 m. Mary Morris and lived in Massena NY, and Joseph b. 2 August 1820, Paul and Zoe, baptised at St. Andrew's near cornwall, Ontario in 1824 and 1826.
I am missing the baptisms for Adelaide b. 1814 m. Michael Mouso, Peter b. 1815 m. Angelique Cartier ( Julia Kirkey), Justin b. 26 Feb 1823 m. Emilie St. Denis, Mary Ann ( or Angeline) b. 1820-1830
I have consolidated all fo the records for this family from Les Cedres. Let me know if you have any links with the Northern NY, Cornwall/Brockville Ontario area.
