I'm interested in the following Malloy family.
William Taylor Robinson, b. about 1886 or 1889, married Sarah Sallie Malloy about 1918.Per 1920 and 1930 census she was born about 1890, and emigrated about 1900, and was naturalized about 1905 or 1908.
In 1910, I found a Sarah Malloy, age 22, immigrated 1900, a bookkeeper for a hay and grain company;in Cincinnati, Hamilton Co,, 4the Ward, on McMillan Street, with father, Thomas Malloy, a widower, age 62, immigrated 1900; sister Katie, age 32, b. Ireland, immigrated 1895, a nurse; brother Michael, age 29, immigrated 1898 and naturalized; a "gilder"?, playing cards; and Dean?, a sister, age 27, immigrated 1899, a telephone operator. All born Ireland. This might be my Sarah's family because family member remembers there was a brother, Michael, a sister, Nan and a sibling, Deal or Dean (not sure whether male or female).
I'm also interested in the marriage of William Taylor Robinson and Sarah Sallie Malloy.William's father Richard T. Robinson, and mother, Jane Byrne Johnston Robinson, were married at the Church of the Atonement, August 19, 1879, Cincinnati, Hamilton Co, OH.Richard T. Robinson and Jane (Byrne) Johnston Robinson had two sons, including R. Edward (married Clara Closterman) and William Taylor Robinson.William Taylor Robinson was a chauffeur for the government in 1920 census and lived in the 9th Ward; and was in the 9th ward on Highland Avenue in 1930 census and was a postal worker. In 1920, heand Sarah or Sallie Malloy lived with John and Mary Gough and in 1930, they have five children, including William Taylor Robinson, b.1920, John M., Mary Katherine (later married Shomaker), Richard, Thomas. After 1930, there was another boy, Harry.
Jane Byrne was daughter of Thomas and Mary Byrne, on the 1870 census in Kenton Co, KY.Jane first married Frank Johnston, on August 7, 1872.She had one child Thomas Johnston, who shows up on the 1900 census with her inKenton Co, KY., but on the 1880 census, he's with his grandmother, Mary Byrne, a widow, in Kenton Co, KY.Frank Johnston must have died after 1875 and before 1879, when she married Richard T. Robinson.Richard must have died after William Taylor Robinson was conceived in 1886 or 1889, and before the 1900 census, when Jane is a widow.Thomas Johnston died after the 1900 census.
Richard T. Robinson was born in England about 1853, and his father (possibly) was Thomas b. abt 1828, England. Both lived in Hamilton Co, OH.I don't know when either died, nor do I know when Sarah Sallie Malloy Robinson died.
