Hi Brenda, Thanks for the census info and sorry about the delay on my end......I think the Thomas K. Eaves and Mary Eaves household sounds like whom I am looking for.Thoams's wife was Martha Marcus (not an Eaves at a young age). I've been reading some of the messages you sent to previous people and I think you said you were related to Della Eaves? Our lines are connected then because my great-grandmother is Amelia Octavia Eaves, the sister of Della Eaves Marcus (June 7, 18881 - Aug. 1968.Della married William Thomas Marcus.(The Martha Marcus Eaves that I am seeking is mother of Della and Amelia), and their father is Thomas K. Eaves (whom you showed in the census). Here is the grave information that I promised you: These are from Alamo Cemetery, a small rural community in Weakley County TN. "Susane, wife of J.C. MarcusSept. 5 1860 to Dec. 30 (1908?)" couldn't quite read the 1908... "Mary A. Marcus Oct. 24 1868 - Oct. 16 1898?" [couldn't quite read the 1898] "C.C. Marcus1867-1938" "Mary Jane Marcus1878-1957" Yes, Velma Marcus, Zelma Marcus, and Kinchion Simmons share the same rock with the names in that order.
Thomas K. Eaves is buried at Alamo cemetery too and his rock reads "Oct. 20 1848 - July 22 1894"
Let me know if you learn of or need anything more. Jodie
