Sheron, Thanks for your nice remark about my book.Glad it helps.
Suggestions on your William (THESE ARE SUGGESTIONS ONLY, AS YOU KNOW I THINK ALL AVENUES SHOULD BE LEFT OPEN UNTIL ABSOLUTE KNOWLEDGE DECIDES): **Benjamin can probably be eleminated - He had a son william that would have been too old for yours.Benjamins William married Ruth Mathews and died by 1807. **Bowling, and I believe his family, moved to LA. **If the James is the Sampson Co James I feel sure he could be eleminated. This James is my wife's ancestor and I feel that we have identified all of his children. **That leaves John (and his wife Susannah) Henry, and the other John.My bet is either John (&wife Susannah) or Henry. Some feel that all of Henry's children hace been identified but I am not overly confident that he could not have had one that we have not identified. The other John is a possibility but I still lean toward John & S., or Henry. THE ABOVE IS JUST MY BEST GUESS.
If I can help with any specific Census info that I might have let me know.
The identifcation of Ezera was a great move. Please keep me posted. Jim
