In 1860 you will find Felipa Osuna Marron age 51her chlideren Maria de la Luz 22 Jesus Marron 21 (ranchero) Juan Marron 24 (Vaquero) Francisco 6 Mary Pond 2 Cornelia 3. then you will see Salvadora 20, Indian Domestic servant and her two sisters Bresca and Josefa. Salvadora did not have a last name listed , she had an Indian name and at that time they would not list it so she tookthe Marron family name,in later documents you will see her listed as a Marron. She married Tomas Rodriquez and had 3 childeren. Also note there are many Juan Maria Marron's. And you will find that not all are blood related but were baptisized and given the name or were servants and took the name.
