Sorry I cannot help you with information about the fund started by Henry Mathers but I was wondering if you know any more about his family from Ireland.I have Mathers ancestors from Drumcree, County Armagh, and I am having trouble finding out about them.
My Great, Great Grandmother was Elizabeth Mathers.Her Father was John Henry Mathers.I also have a Joseph Mathers but not sure where he fits in.Elizabeth died in 1860 aged 23 years.
