Annie Mattinger died 3/2/1933 at Topeka State Hospital and is buried at THS Cemetery in Row 11 Grave 60.
Background: The Topeka State Hospital operated as a hospital for the mentally ill between the years of 1879 and 1997. Prior to 1901 it was known as the Topeka Insane Asylum. The buildings and grounds still exist and are well preserved.
