Charles H. Maudlin was born 10-18-1861, and died 09-14-1925.He is buried in the Fremont Cemetery in Bancroft, MI and his tombstone includes both the Mason and Eastern Star logos.
His wife Sarah Sample was born in 1868 and died 03-17-1934.She, too, is buried in Fremont Cemetery.
One of their sons was O.D. Maudlin (born 12-21-1889, died 03-03-1965, also buried in Fremont, SS# 373-26-0889).O.D. married Myrtle (AKA Mina) A. Ehl on 12-20-1909.
Myrtle Ehl was born in 1889 in Melbrook, MI and died in 1934 and is buried in Hartland Cemetery in Michigan.
O.D. and Myrtle had a son, Charles Edward Maudlin, who was born 12-15-1910 in Bancroft, MI and died 09-02-1974 in Taylor, MI.Charles married Shirley Belle Havens on 08-24-1939 in Wayne, MI.
Ironically, Shirley Belle was the daughter of another set of Samples - her mother was Cleo May Sample and her father was Lester Clarence Havens.
Please let me know if you want more info - I have quite a bit.
