William Harrington married Nancy Ann Marks, she was not a McCaleb.The Elizabeth McCaleb Baird Tucker was wife of Robert Harrington, not his sister. If you will re-read the pre-nup between Robert and Elizabeth you will see who she was Elizabeth was. pre-nuo states her possessions to go to her sons Zill and Solomon Tucker. she did not mention her baird child, her goods were from her Tucker husband. If you read James McCaleb will he left her part of his estate to her 3 children. see below:

Zebulon Hassel of Hickman Co. and Arton Hassel, James M. Hassel, Nancy Elizabeth Hassel, Zebulon Hassel, Jr., and Joseph Wilford Hassel, minors under the age of 21 except Arton.. show that James McCaleb of Hickman Co., died in 1828, having made his last will, which was proved at July term, 1828 in Hickman Co., and John McCaleb, Ephraim McCaleb and Zill McCaleb executors. Mary McCaleb, the widow, died in 1848 intestate...that said Mary, in year 1837, relinquished her life estate and claim to property except slaves to John McCaleb, executor..said John proceeded to sell property ...was advertised that he would sell slaves...that Ephraim and Zill McCaleb have removed to Texas...said James McCaleb at his death left Mary his widow,John McCaleb of Hickman Co.; Hansel McCaleb of Hickman Co.; Ephraim and Zill McCaleb of Texas;James McCaleb, since dead, leaving Alton, Elizabeth, wife of Young Harvill, and John McCaleb all of Hickman Co.;Elizabeth Tucker now Elizabeth Harrington, wife of Robert Harrington of Hickman Co.;Mary Hassell, now deceased, wife of said Zebulon Hassell and mother of orators and oratrix,being seven children in all of said James McCaleb......that on 24 September 1839, said Ephraim McCaleb conveyed his interest inestate of Zebulon McCaleb, deed Book K, page 173:that said Zill McCaleb conveyed his interest to Zebulon, deed Book K page 200;that said Hansel conveyed his interest to Zebulon, Deed Book L, page 405;that by the will, one half of the share of said Elizabeth was willed to her 3 children by her first husband, they are Samuel M. Beard,Albert M. Beard, and Thely Beard, now Thely Totty, wife of Lewis Totty;that said Albert conveyed his interest to Zebulon book M., page 337; and said Samuel M.
