Mrs. Sarah Cecelia McCamey died Saturday morning at her home, 1735 Nineteenth street after an illness which covered two years. Mrs. McCamey, formerly Cecelia Convey, who has lived in Parkersburg for thirty years, was born in Glasgow, Scotland, May 3, 1856, coming to America with her parents at the age of 18. She was married to John E. McCamey, who was a resident here until his death four years ago. Surviving relatives are: sons, George F. and John E. McCamey, Border Texas: James McCamey, Rising Star Texas: daughters Mrs. P.E. Ruble and Mrs. Thomas Parks, Akron, Ohio: Mr. Charles Patton , Huntington and Mrs. Levi Duncan, Parkersburg. Mrs. McCamey was a member of the Catholic Church, being a communicant of St. Margaret Mary Church, Dudley Avenue. Funeral arrangements had not been announced last night, pending word from the absent children who are on their way home.
