Their son, George Henry McCreath is my Great Grandfather. born september 13, 1856, in Illinois, U.S.A.According to our records, James McCreath and Mary Graham were married in Glascow, Scotland. Came to america and settled in Virginia for a few years,. moved to Springfield, Illinois where George was born. He was the 3rd son of four boys and 2 girls. John, Will, George, Albert, Lydia, and ?. They migrated to homestead in North bend, Nebraska. Great Grandpa George claimed the boys walked every step of the way from Illinois to Nebraska. Please Reply, and Thank You, Michael McCreath Martin
