Cynthia... Thank you for the info about Edward L. McCuistion. I have just started looking into my Father's (James Austin McCuistion 1926-1989)side of the family.I'm facing a lot of problems because my grandparents (Jessie Ernest 1899-1962 + Winnie B. Thomas McCuistion 1901-1937)have long since past away.My Father's two brothers, Billy (l945) and Richard (1981)are deceased.I only have my Father's sister Juanita June to ask about family matters... but she was just a little girl when her mother died.. and knows very little about her family's history.I have been recently digging around in the Fayetteville, Ar. Public Library's Genealogy Department.I've looked at the census records for Washington Co. and Madison Co....and some of the cemetary records.I didn't even know about my Great Uncle Edward L. until I saw the l900 census record.Do you have any idea when/where he died?My family has always lived in the NWAr. area... there are a lot of Greenlee families around here.. so I'm not surprised that he married an Evie Greenlee. As to my Great Grandfather James B. McCuistion.. I'm not totally sure that his middle name is Berry... I'm going by an old piece of paper found by some cousins which list family members... we don't know who wrote it but it states that James Berry McC. married Sallie Ann Hayes.I do know that he was killed when his wagon tipped over on him.He was alive in the l900 Wash.Co. census..at the age of 52.I'm not sure when he died...would you know?As to the spelling McChristian.. my uncle Richard began spelling his name that way during W.W.II (an army snafu).. but we have always believed that the McCuistions, McQuistions, McChristians, etc. are related back down the line.Sorry for so much writing..this is my first time to answer anyone.
