The names of the heirs listed confirms that the deceased William named in the 1837 court document and the deceased William in the 19 Aug 1836 Last Will and Testament are the same man.I can only assume that the absence of Squire on the 1837 record was an oversight. It is curious to note that of the four sons named in William's will, Squire received only $1, while the three others received land. Maybe there was some issue that reduced his inheritance? Perhaps he had left the area within the year? Sorry I don't know more.
