McIlwiane/McIlveen?McIlwrath/McIlrath? Carnmoney,Ire
All these various spellings are found in the records
of the Carnoney Presbyterian Ch.,Carnmoney,Antrim,Ireland
all the way back to a Hugh in the late 1600's..who had
a son Hugh and then there is a mention of a Thomas
and a Robert McIlwrath or McIlwroth in the 1717's there..
I am not connected to these people yet and at this time
do not know more than what i am saying here for your
info and interest to help you with your search.although
I do connect to the MCIlwaine's there..so the various
spellings are of interst to me and I am researching
in Carmoney and on the net. I am writing this to make
you aware of the situation there that might affesct
some of your ancestry research.
