I am in touch with everyone you have posted with regarding David McIntire. I am in the same line. However, you said you had CD's of vital records. What I am looking for is the first McIntire you might have on your CD. The brother of David was Benjamin. I am in Benjamin's line. Their father was Henry. Henry was married twice. 1st to Mary Small, 2nd to Sarah Dodd Burnell. It is not clear if both boys have the same mother. Henry m. Sarah in Falmouth on Oct. 25,1753. This is the only confirmed record I have. There is lots of info on Burnell's as there is a tree on this site, but once Sarah m. Henry, her info stops. Henry is our first McIntire. I have never been able to trace my McIntire's out of ME. I have read the books, the family has hired 2 genie's and I have been checking NB as a relative had said they came from Canada and there are McIntire's from NB, but mostly later then Henry, in 1800's. So, what I am asking you is the earliest McIntire you have on your CD? I have McIntire's in New Gloucester, Ben Sr. and Maria Prince. I have a huge line of Prince's and that is another story, but I am looking for grave of Sarah Southworth Prince. Looked all over Cumberland CT. and been in touch with everyone, as I have with Henry McIntire. I cannot find any connection to the McIntire's from York CT and those ousted from Scotland in 1600's. Not even certain if we are Scot. If you have any info or suggestions, can you click on my name and email me directly?
