I am not sure how this connects to John McKee who was relocated to section E at Versailles Cemetery in McKeesport. My interest is in Elizabeth Mckee and her husband Samuel Sinclair Jr and their son HB Sinclair.
They are buried next to the Myers family of Henry Myers from Baltimore. They are also in section E lots 34 and 35.
One of the Myers sons was married into the Dunseth family connected to some boat builders in Mckeesport/Elizabeth in the late 1790 named Lewis and Clark. They are in C32 and E73.E73 is not far from John McKee.
I do not believe Henry Myers is part of my family but the Dunseths sure are which leads back to HB Sinclair and a funeral for Civil War Major James Ryan in Mckeesport April 14 1887.His brother, Catholic Bishop Stephen V Ryan who was the Bishop of Buffalo NY, said the Funeral Mass and HB Sinclair was the Chief Pall Bearer.
It was front page news.If that news story was correct, then I see all your records for the Mckees as made up or changed in order to retell the story of the Lewis and Clark Expedition out of Pittsburgh in 1803 in order to exclude a whole group of French Catholics connected to Albert Gallatin of Pittsburgh and Versailles France.
