My grandfather Farquhar McKercher emigrated from Glen Lyon of Perthshire to the U. S. in about 1872.He had an older brother Duncan who married an English lady of the name A. Ghorley.If you look at my web page, there is considerable information about my family going back to 1783 when Duncan McKercher married Catherine McLellan.They had a Duncan and other Duncans appear including my great uncle.Web site is
