Reading from James Hugh McTague's obit (born in 1858 and died in July 1926), he married a Catherine Dunn of Morris, IL, in 1891, and they moved to St. Louis about five years later, where he opened a restaurant specializing in seafood.. more specifically, lobster!(I've run across a handful of china/porcelain items on ebay, with "McTague's" and a lobster hanging out of a pot - this was the catalyst that got me interested in researching where these pieces came from.)He was also president of the Maryland Hotel Company, based in St. Louis at Ninth and Pine Streets. From this info, I think it must be a different McTague that was the proprietor of the Little & McTague Saloon in Omaha, NE.Hope that helps!
