Here's some more, including information from wills of people in Horton. This is a small village between Ivinghoe, Edlesborough and Slapton and seems to have been in all three at different times. Either it was divided between them or the parish boundaries changed.
There was one William Mead, the son of William, having children in Ivinghoe at the right time to have been the father of Henry, who looks like he lived there in the 1750s and 1760s. There's no record in the IGI of Henry being born in Ivinghoe, though there's quite a long gap, 1720 to 1727, in the births of William Mead's children.
