Esther, Lloyd, Nettie Meiers, Spring Valley, Wisconsin?

I have an old photograph here of two children.The inscription on the back says "Esther Meiers, age 10 and Lloyd Meiers age 7, Mrs. Nettie Meiers, Sping Valley, Wisconsin."I don't know of a connection within my family even though this photo was mounted in the family album.Photo taken by Neevel photographer, Baldwin, 1890-1940.
