I know I have talked with you both. But due to the fact these forums in a week will be "read only". I want to put out there the William Thomas Miller mentioned in first post with dna match is my gr grandfather...the big brick wall.Anyone that can lead to connection to him will be appreciated.
William Thomas Miller born 1836 Miss(according to census) d 1878 in Texas. Came to Texas from (?) 1858 and arrived in Austin County near Industry same year as a single man. Served CSA in Texas, married in Austin County 1868 to Mittie Eliz. Par(r)ish(1839GA1899TX), d/o Thomas Rhodes and Sarah Ann Seals Parrish. The Millers/Parish lines lived in Smith Co Tx,Austin County(not the city), Washington Co, Wharton Co and possible others. Wm T could have been related as siblings or cousin to James C Miller married to a Martha Ann Hitt who married in and moved from Smith County Tx to Austin Co early 1860's; also to a Martha Ann Miller b 1838 married to a Minton in Austin County.
