Hello,
I have found a Simon Millions, age 49, with wife Elizabeth, in Putnam County, GA in 1860 with a son, Samuel, age 14. This family was listed in the 1850 census in Jasper County, GA. as Millirons.I believe that there is a possibility that my great grandmother, Sallie Millirons Adkins was the daughter of Samuel. In the 1870 census, there is a Samuel Millirons, age 22, with wife, Puss? and daughter Sallie, age 3 in Twiggs County, GA. I do not have any proof that this is my great grandmother. She and her husband, Billy Adkins were in Pulaski County GA. in 1900, married 15 years and she was born in April, 1867 in GA.She had a son named Riley, Samuel had a brother, Riley and Samuel's daughter was born around 1867. All of this is circumstantial, but plausible, as all of these counties are in a small area in central GA. Please contact me if you have any information on this family. I have been searching for this family for years and this is the closest I have come to a possible answer.Thank you.
