To all people to whom these presents shall come, Greeting. Know Ye, That I Enos Mix of Hatley in Lower Canada in the Prealm of Great Britian For the Consideration of Thirty Six pounds two Shillings & Sixpence Lawful Money Received to out full satisfaction of John Yeamans his heirs and assigns forever two certain pieces of land lying in said Wallingford in Meriden Society being Northwardly of the said John Yeamans dewelling house one of which piece contains three acres and Thirty Nine Rods of land bounded East on Daniel Halls land North West and South on the said John Yeamans own landThe other piece contains in Quantity Two (or Three?) acres and fifty one rods of land and is bounded East on Daniel Hall land North West and South on Timothy Ives land. To Have and to Hold the above Granted and Bargained Premesses, with the Appurtenances thereof, unto him the said John Yeamans his Heirs and Assifns for ever, to his and their own proper use and Behoof And also, I the said Enos Mix do for my self Heirs, Executors and Administrators, Convenant with the said John Yeamans his Heirs and Assigns, That at and until the Ensealing these Presents I am well feifed? of the Prenises as a good indefeasible estate in Fee-Simple, and have good Right to Bargain and Sell the same in Manner and Form as is above Written; and that the same is free of all Incumbances whatforever.
