From Florida Times Union, 19 March, 2000 MOBLEY - Celebration services for Mrs. Annie Ruth Mobley, 87, who went home to be with her Lord, Friday,March 17, 2000 will be held Monday at 2 PM in the chapel of George H. Hewell and Son Northside Funeral Home with Rev. Ron Johnson officiating. Interment in Evergreen Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home 1 hour prior to service. Mrs. Mobley was a native of Colquitt County, GA and a resident of Omega, GA prior to moving to Jacksonville, FL in 1943. She was a member of Kernon Boulevard Baptist Church and the Daughters of the Confederacy. She was preceded by her husband of 59 years, the late Albert B. Mobley. Survivors include her daughter, Joan Green (Gene); 2 sons, Robert Wiley Mobley (Edith) and Wayne Mobley; 2 sisters, Loveda Reynolds, Jay, FL, and Betty Johnson (Donald) Milton, FL; a brother, Paul E. Rogers (Zeph) untsville, AL; 6 grandchildren, Kathryn Bottom (Brian), Marc Mobley (Heather), Todd Green, Chris Green Terri), Brian Mobley (Debbie), and Alan Mobley (Dietra); 9 great grandchildren, Kyler, Lailee, Casey, Jason, Jacob, Jordan, Skyler, LeAnna, and Amanda.
