There is a familyof a William P.BROWN who was b. 1771 in Phila but later moved to Tuscaloosa, AL that is part of my dad's family. His wife was Sarah McCammon who was widow of a man named Thomas MORGAN.
The BROWN family had a son named MONTELIUS P. BROWN who was born 01 Nov 1812 in Phila. They ALSO had a bunch of other children including a sonnamed MARCUS PALMER BROWN, b. 23 Dec 1818(that tells me this BROWN family is DEFINITELY intermarried somewhere before 1771 with MONTELIUS in Phila.)
This same family is connected to a woman named ANN PALMER who was b. abt/ 1762 possibly in Phila. or Chester Co. PA.
Marcus' middle name was Palmer and most of the children had P. for a middle intial. I think Edward's middle initial may have actually been "G" from the information on his wife's burial in VA.
But they somehow connected to HALL & WHITE (Rev. White was the Protestant bishop of Phila. & BOND, plus to the Gustavus BROWN family of St. Mary's Co MD. Not sure how, just yet and to the KEY family there as well.
Does anyone have a family tree with the children of the immigrant and early descendants.
This William P. BROWN has to fit in somewhere as he was b. 1771.
