I don't know if these have ever been posted before and if they have pardon the repeat, but some of this info may be helpful to those searching their MOODY families from Maine with NH ties etc.
These come from the Maine Marriage Records (ME State Archives) and some of the parental info may be of help to some trying to resolve genealogical connections.
They are not in any order, these are from a stack of records I have in my own 3 ring binders that most likely don't link to any in my own family tree, but they may be part of yours.

Mother was -Susannah Stimons is what the last name looks like to me, it has a crossed "t" in her last name.
She is also listed as deceased and born in Kingfield.
Brides parents are Wm. DOWNS a farmer also dead and b. in Orono. Her mother was Samantha Larnh....(cannot read) also dead and born in So. Down???
[From my own genealogical Notes I have that Hubbard C. MOODY was b. in 1822 d. in prob. in Farmington, ME in Nov. 1890 a son of Davis MOODY and Phebe (Codding) Drake, and that he married Susannah T. Semans and that besides and I did not have a son Nial H. MOODY for them, I only had son Arthur MOODY and John MOODY.
I have placed this next marriage record with the above because ONLY because of the name "Nial" being common between them. There may be no connection what so ever, but the first name of "Nial" is very Uncommon among the MOODY lines, and when I saw the name of DAVIS I also thought there might be a connection, so when I saw this I just placed the two together in case they were related families.

[In my own Notes, I have this Daniel's GRANDFATHER listed as Daniel MOODY who married Mary "Polly" SAWYER...don't know that that's correct but it might be...so if this is correct the line would be- Dana B. > Daniel & Almira > Daniel & Mary]

[I have an Allen Peterson MOODY b. Dec. 1818 in my data who married a Mehitable M. ESTES b.c1820 who MIGHT be this Charles W. MOODY's parents, but I have nothing further for this couple, I didn't even have any children listed for them. However IF this is the right link, this Charles W. MOODY would appear to have the following lineage line - Charles W. MOODY > Allen P. Moody > Jeremiah MOODY & Hannah Peterson > Josiah MOODY * Humility PROCTOR > Houchin MOODY and Dorcas COX ....which leads back down to William 1 MOODY of Newbury, MA]...Again, I stress I do Not know this to be the correct link, so do your own research if you suspect this is part of your family tree.
