I believe I might have an answer to your inquiry...
There was a Susannah WALKER, born 1739 Westborough, Worcester, MA to Josiah WALKER & Mary FORBUSH.I believe they had a daughter Susannah MOORE, that married Joseph HYDE (Jr.), a soldier in the American Revolution (Southwick, MA).They named a son David Walker HYDE (I believe carrying down the Walker name from the mother.)
Joseph HYDE's pension includes a deposition from Titus STEVENS stating Susannah grew up in the home of his father, Solomon STEVENS, husband of Phebe WALKER (Susannah WALKER's sister.)
I believe Joel MOORE's first-born son was named "Joel Furbish MOORE", carrying the mother's maiden name "FORBUSH" (var.).I don't have proof of their marriage or documentation to prove this, but it seems like a pretty good match.I've tried to find more but so far have not been successful.Let me know what you think!
