Mosby/Turpin/Woodson connection

I am trying to find the parents of Mildred Alba Mosby, married to John Willis Turpin.Their son was named Woodson Turpin, so I feel that there is a connection there.I can find Mosbys married to Woodsons, but no connection to Mildred.Any help would be apprediate.Thanks, Janet
