Re: James Mothershead-pickens co. AL 1840

My ggg-grandmother, Martha Mothershead married John Wilkinson in 1836 in Escambia Co. FL and on census data she listed her place of birth as VA.Do you have any info on James Mothershead ancestry?FYI There was a Christopher Mothershead in South AL in the 1830's, and his ancestry is found in the LDS online library.Any help is appreciated.Jimmie
