Hello Kathleen:
For Rose Nally B ????, Co. Westmeath, with a father forenamed Mathew, I found 1 rcd, 1814. These seems about 50 years too early.
For Marg(aret) Nally B 1867 +/- 4 yrs, ditto, I found 1 rcd, 1869, Drumraney RC parish.
For Rose Nally M 1885 +/- 10 yrs, I found 1 rcd, 1891, Castletown-Geoghan RC parish.
For Dan(iel) Elliff M ditto, I found ditto.
For Mat(hew) Nally M 1865 +/- 10 yrs, I found 2 rcds: 1861 and 1863 Castletown-Geoghan RC parish.
For Ellen Geraghty M ditto, I found 1 rcd, 1863, Castletown-Geoghan RC parish. This is a match. These rcds are highly likely to be for your ancestors.
For Mat(hew) Nally B 1830 +/- 10 yrs, Co. Westmeath, with the father's forename unknown, I found 4 rcds: 1830 Milltown, 1832 Castletown-Geoghan, 1834 Mullingar, and 1834 Taughmon RC parishes. Father's respective forenames are Mathew, John, Mathew, and John.
For Ellen Geraghty B 1842 +/- 4 yrs, ditto, I found 1 rcd, 1841, Ballymore RC parish. Father's forename is John.
Several of the above clearly seem to be for your ancestors. Views of the detailed rcds should confirm this.
Hope this helps. Good luck
