Your welcome D.
Can you follow the BLOCHOWSKI ancestor? They could have been from within 10 miles radius of each other in "old country".The surnames are Slavic/Polish.
You might know the history of Poland. Here is a short version:The great Polish empire was split into 3 parts with the West going to Prussia, the South to Austria (Galicia) and the East to Russia. Poland would not be reunited until after WWl and some of eastern Poland stayed in Russia or was taken by Russia after WWll.
Check in www.castlegarden.org for early arrival than Ellis Island.Your ancestors could have come thru Baltimore, Boston or Philadelphia. Family went to family in those old days so possible that the NAPIERALA that show up in EI could be a related to your ancestor.
No middle name in old country. Once our ancestors were in the new land they could take up any first name they like.
