I did know about Harold Horner's passing; Harold contributed tremendously to all our NeSmith lines and his passing was a great loss to genealogy researchers. About 3 years ago, his son-in-law (I think) was kind enough to answer one of my many emails to Harold. Unfortunately for us, he did not have access to Harold's NeSmith or other lines. About 2 years ago, though, someone told me of a website called waybackmachine.org, which for years has created a global snapshot of the Web.At that time, I had only to enter Harold's old website and Wayback returned the website as it existed when Wayback last scanned it. Marvelous!You might want to try it (although Wayback Machine has become much more complex than when I last used it).If your old Howard Horner website does not work with waybackmachine.org, I will be happy to email you privately the text I recovered.
