I was supposed to send you the book last year but lost your address and the internet last November.

The name index in the copy you have is not correct.It was missing a lot of names.I spent three months of spare time going through the book and writing names.I also typed it up on the computer so it would be easier to read.The name index alone on my revised book is 26 pages.
