Mark:I see by your posts that you are researching a James & Lucinda (Briggs) Wright who married in Rush Co. IN.I am the gg granddaughter of James Wright who married Lucinda McComas (both b in VA) in Rush Co. in 1830.My James was the son of Rev. Reuben Wright & Anna Gilbert Wright who married in 1798, Sussex Co. VA.

My James & Lucinda moved on over to Jasper Co. IL in abt 1840 where he was also a M.E. minister like his father, Reuben, who was co-pastor of the church in Knightstown, IN (Henry Co.) in 1850.

I am also researching Nibarger/Neibarger & looking for info on a David G. Wright who marr Sarah Nibarger in 1823 in Greene Co. OH (I think that is where the marr took place).This David G. & Sarah Wright were living in Hancock Co. IN in 1840, next to Reuben Wright & also next to Margaret & Thos B. Miller.Margaret was Reuben Wright's dau & a sister to my gg grandfather, James Wright.I am trying to determine if David G. is another child of Reuben's.He is also in Hancock Co. IN in 1850 census & then apparently died because in in 1860, Sarah is a widow living with her children, James, Margaret & Armilda & still in Hancock Co. IN.

I have pictures of some of these people & was wondering if you were researching this same family.If so, I have lots more info to share & also a DNA test is underway to determine just which group of VA Wrights Reuben is from. Sarah Nibarger Wright was b in 1803, Greene Co. OH & d in 1864 in IN.
