Rhonda, I e-mailed you privately several days ago regarding the copyrighted material and had no response from you. I also mentioned that there is information on your post that was known only by me from my many years of dedicated research on this family throughout the court houses and libraries where our family lived within the U.S. and Germany. Much of the information could only have come from my webpage or from my book where I specifically ask for proper credit when it was reproduced. I have been working with your aunt and have helped her correct some misinformation that she had on our family so you may want to follow up on this. If you have obtained this information from others who did not reference The Family von Nida Book, I would like to also contact them. Copies of my book are located for reference in the Library of Congress, No. 98-068719, the Library of Virginia in Richmond,VA, the Roanoke Library in Virginia, and the Genealogy Room of the Prairie Trails Museum in Corydon, IA. My source for information is located in parenthesis immediately following the data throughout the book for easy follow-up and verification. Please be advised that I am not on any "witch hunt" as you suggest(although Haloween is just around the corner)but there are guidelines for the recognition and identification of source material that most genealogists still observe. I would suggest that any further discussion on this matter should be directly with me at RJNIDA@ix.netcom.com Thank you.
