Adrian Daily Telegram, Sun. Jan. 6, 2008, pg 2A Benita M. (Moncivais) Nino Obit ADRIAN — Benita M. Nino, age 79, of Adrian, formerly of Cadmus, died Thursday, January 3, 2008, at Provincial House. She was born May 7, 1928, in San Luis Potosi, Mexico, to Miguel and Natividad (Zarate) Moncivais. She attended St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Adrian. Mrs. Nino is survived by three sons, Phillip and his wife, Sherry, of Adrian, Joseph and his wife, Debbie, of Adrian, and Ray of Deerfield; three brothers, Valente, Santos and Zenaido Moncivais; two sisters, Juana Lara and Julia Alonso; seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Luis A. Nino; four brothers, Eusebio, Sabastian, Luciano and Jesus Moncivais; and one grandson, Clint Dail Nino. The funeral liturgy will be offered Tuesday, January 8, 2008, at 10 a.m. from St. Mary’s Catholic Church with Father Bob Schramm presiding. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Sunday from 6 to 8 p.m. and on Monday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at the Anderson Funeral Home, Adrian. A vigil prayer service will be held Monday evening at 7:30 p.m. at the Anderson Funeral Home, Adrian. Visitation will also be held on Tuesday from 9 a.m. until time of funeral liturgy at St. Mary’s Catholic Church.
