Long-time pioneer valley rancher,Alfred Nolte,79 of Hemet,passed away at 8 a.m.Sunday in the Margaret Shaw rest home. Details of the funeral arangements were being compleated by the relatives late yesterday.Services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at the Hartford Funeral home.Interment will be in the San Jacinto Valley cemetery. Survivors include his widow,Mrs.Addie M. Nolte,and his son,Robert,both of 1219 East Florida Ave.the son operating Robert's Specialties Food Store at that address;a sister Mrs.Mae Dwyer of Orange,and several nieces and nephews. Mr.Alfred Nolte was born in Germany,June 4,1880, and came to the United States with his family when he was 21/2 years old.The family came first to Nebraska and later to California.Mr.Nolte resided in the valley for 50 years and ranched in this area until moving to Hemet about 15 years ago. Friends,relatives stated,may contribute to memorial fund.The health store will be closed all day Friday.
