I received an Episcopal Book of Common Prayer years ago from a used book store online, and stuck in the pages was two photos. They're both black & white. One is of a young woman. It appears to be late 50s/early 60s, though very hard to distinguish. There are no marks on the back. The other is a newborn picture with scalloped edges from the same era. On the back, in cursive, it says:
"Richard Steven Oates 11-6 weight"
At least, that's what I figured it says. I'd like to return these to family, if possible. Thank you.
