Oatman's lecture notes are available at a number of libraries, but Bowling Green State in Ohio has the originals (as opposed to the ones transcribed by Edward Pettid). They'll copy and mail them to you for a small fee. Contact Steve at firstname.lastname@example.org
Meanwhile, I'm a professor writing a biography of Olive Oatman, in search of information on Betty Oatman, who in 1988 wrote a letter saying her husband, William Robert (grandson of Lorenzo)had a trunk of Olive's things in his garage (shop) in Los Angeles when she married him.She writes, "A copy of all that I salvaged will be reproduced and sent to you and Naomi. I'm sure you will be suprised."Does anyone know who Barbara and Naomi might be?
