Johannes Outman, his wife Femmetje (Phoebe) and daughter Anna sailed from Amsterdam, Holland for New York in 1687. They transferred their church membership from the Reform church in Amsterdam to the Dutch Reform Church of New York. He died in 1715. His home was at what was 72 Pearl St. and his business was at 42 Water Street, N.Y.City. He was an importer and merchant. Information about him is published in Vol. II of Abstracts of Wills of New York City, compiled by the New York Historical Society. I can provide other info, but did not do the research myself.
